1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 344bd platform and the user. When you register, log in, or use any service on 344bd, you are automatically considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals
The following conditions apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on 344bd:
4.1 Deposits
- Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
- Deposited funds must come from your own legitimate account.
- Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
- Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
- Example 2: Deposit ৳18,000 → bonus capped at ৳8,000 → total balance ৳26,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the deposit amount.
- Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is announced.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses fraudulently — including through multiple accounts — will result in the bonus being forfeited and the account being closed.
- 344bd reserves the right to modify or discontinue bonus offers.
- VIP members may receive additional weekly cashback benefits according to their tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
6 Gaming Rules
344bd offers a range of gaming services including cricket betting, slots, casino games, and fishing games. The following general rules apply to all games:
- If a technical issue occurs during a game, the result of that round may be declared void.
- If your internet connection is lost, your game progress is saved on the server and the result will be determined accordingly.
- Any winnings resulting from a software bug are not valid — such winnings will be voided.

7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 344bd platform. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

- Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means.
- Using any software, bot, or automated process to manipulate game outcomes.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.

8 Account Suspension & Closure
344bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.

- Any violation listed under the Prohibited Activities section.
